Grilled Honey Hot Wings

Wings are a big hit in my apartment ! Me and my boyfriend love them soooo much ! For me sweet and spicy just go together. The sweetness really cuts down on the spice, making it easier to enjoy them !

When I made these my boyfriend  couldn’t stop eating them and he told me they were the best wings he’s ever had . Make sure to make a big batch of these wings because they’ll go fast!

  • 1 casserole chicken wings – 300 gr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 230 ml honey
  • 110 ml butter, melted
  • 115 ml hot sauce
  • Served with yogurt  dressing

Directions :

  1. preheat the grill to medium high heat
  2. toss the chicken wings with salt, pepper and onion powder
  3. place on the grill and cook until juices run clear, about 20-30 minutes
  4. while wings are grilling, in a large mixing bowl combine the honey, butter, hot sauce and garlic
  5. pull the wings from the grill and toss them in the honey hot sauce mixture
  6. place back on the grill and cook another few minutes to thicken the sauce
  7. toss again in the honey sauce and serve with yogurt dressing

Enjoy !

  1. These look so good! I just had some spicy wings during a girl’s night out and I have been craving them ever sense. Maybe I will get over my fear of making wings and try this recipe. Thanks for sharing!
